This workshop will help you uncover and  process trapped emotional energy and work through any unprocessed trauma. Clearing your subconscious of negative thought patterns and beliefs. It includes an overnight stay and a lunch in bustling Ubud. A great chance to spend some serious me-time  and work through any issues that you may not have the time in daily life to deal with

3 hour de stress workshop

This three hour workshop is a great chance to spend some serious me-time and work through any issues that you may not have had the time in daily life to deal with.

1. Discover and process  trapped emotions          triggers  defence behaviours. and negative        beliefs.

2  A one hour Balinese massage with trained        masseuse

3  A breathwork session and mediation to            reconnect to your higher self.

This will take place on the edge of the jungle in     our comfortable and peaceful studio.

The main goal of a R.Y.T workshop is to clear out our automatic responses to everyday life that are self-sabotaging. Giving us the power to transcend our subjective reality that we hold in place by our prior conditioning. We can do this by clearing out any destructive thought patterns and trapped emotions that may be blocking us from living the life we want to live. This will be ideally done in peaceful surroundings accompanied by a healthy and cleansing diet and daily light exercise with some seriously fun activities thrown in and plenty of time to relax and plan your year ahead.
