As a chef, I blend classical training with healthy and nutritional fare offering a contemporary style of cooking full of flavour and natural goodness. Whether it's for a family at home or for lovers on an exotic island, cooking for me is always fun. It's about adding something special to those magical moments when people come together and share some precious time. Over recent years I have been far and wide cooking in a variety of different countries. Adding new dishes and flavours to my repertoire along the way and I’m always hungry to learn more. After training as a culinary nutritionist, my main focus has been on healthy food and eliminating things that may cause long-term harm. Cooking for over 200 yoga retreats has given me a great chance to explore vegetarian and vegan cuisine and create nutritious and wholesome meals for lots of happy people.. Not confined to the kitchen i also love working outdoors creating delicious barbecues or awesome seafood dishes, I always source the very best ingredients. I also appreciate taking things back to basics and making delicious home cooking. A home kitchen should always include comfort food, from baking bread to making tasty pies to brewing traditional brews. My favorite place to be when I am not in the kitchen is in the garden, creating sustainable veggie patches and herb gardens for garden-to-table dining. If you need a hand planning your kitchen garden you may be interested in my booklet Grow it with love Eat with passion. If you would like to hire me for your next retreat or just some good old healthy home cooking, please feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements via the contact page.

Wishing you all health and happiness
